Great Summer Drink & Probiotic!

Kefir Vs Yogurt !!!

I wonder how many of you know what is the difference between Yogurt and Kefir?


Here is what I found out and wanted to share with you all ....

Both are probiotic correct but Kefir is fermented Milk and provide your gastroIntestinal tract ( GI tract ; your GUT) with not one not two but ten probiotics which have ability to COLONIZE !!!! You ask what does it mean?
what it simply means is these probiotic drink has 10 different variety of probiotic bacterias  which can colonize your GI tract and create a healthy growth of probiotic bacterial colonies which grow and propagate to create a Healthy Gut !!!! Yogurt which is also probiotic but has maximum of two variety of bacterias which do not have the property to colonize. Give this drink a try!!!

You can use it as is with meals or a refreshing drink either taken sweetened with maple syrup or Agave syrup diluted 4:1 parts with water , 4 parts water in 1 part Kefir.

OR

Try it Salty: spiced with  little piece of fresh ginger + dry roasted cumin seeds ground couple of pinches to taste some rock salt and a touch of dry mint leaves or can substitute with fresh curry leaves using same 4:1 ratio as above.
